Cheddar!

The cheddar is drying out for a week, after which it should have a good rind on it and I'll wax it for storing and maturing somewhere coolish.

I was given a beautiful bunch of flowers this morning, picked by G's children who were sad about missing me when I went round - they were at school. I was very touched. 

It's been a day of weeding, walking with Bean, mowing and line-trimming. I was super-charged after yesterday's rest!
