Broken in a sea of mist

Today I have been inspired by someone to give my life some purpose and direction.
This pic is how I feel right now, broken in a sea of mist..
It's time to get a grip and strive for a goal. I haven't worked out what that is yet, but it will become clearer as I start to focus.
I'm starting by a strict time to try and sleep, a slow start but a big thing for me, to get my days back.
I realise this isn't all about me but as this is my first post, give me this luxury..
