Fruity Friday

Not so much Flower Friday as the results that follow the blossom. Can't believe that we are still picking raspberries just one month shy of Christmas Day! Happy to take the smooth with the rough! If they're there, we shall eat them. And as I returned indoors a huge bumblebee flew by. (I know it's not long since I blipped raspberries before, but it's as much for my own records, as anything.)

Today we're enjoying beautiful blue sky and sunshine. Our "neighbours" at Grimsthorpe Castle are illuminated so clearly on the horizon. Lovely to see after days on end of rain. (See Extra.)

Thank you for yesterday's kind comments. It's wonderful to see Family B's nest fully occupied again, with a very happy Momma and Poppa bird. LMB went late to Nursery today, so that she could spend a little time with her mum and baby bro as they only arrived home at LMB's bedtime last night, so Mrs B is catching up on sleep deprivation over the past days. We shall only pop round to pick up LMB's library books to return them later. Oh, and to bring home chips for all. :-)
