Open heart, open mind

I had a lovely day at work and really enjoyed the comradery of my colleagues. I didn't get many photos during the day but on my way home, cycling with a friend, I caught sight of a little boat with a bright blue sail. I was intrigued that my pal hadn't noticed it at all. Funny the things blip makes you do. I locked up my bike and felt glad to have caught these three before they went too far away.

In the evening I went to my Buddhism class and learned karuna bhavana meditation - the cultivation of compassion. It was a rich, poignant experience and I think I'm going to like it.
