Glencoe

The weather held out for us! We took a trip through Glencoe today and on to Fort William. We were regaled with tales of scottish history, all about the Glencoe Massacre and how hated the Campbells of Argyle are even to this day!

I've been to Fort William before and it doesn't really do it for me. The trip there is more interesting than the place I think. The Crofter pub does do a nice Haggis, Neeps and Tatties though so remembering this from my last visit I went back for more! Nom!

The rain came at around 1pm, but I was in the pub then back on the coach so it didn't spoil it too much. Pity though as it was so lovely sitting outside the hotel with a cool pint of lager yesterday, stroking cats. When we drew up outside the hotel, said cats were just dashing inside out of the rain and when we got in, they could be found sat by the fire. Gotta love cats!
