Liberation Day..

..in Guernsey; the 68th anniversary, celebrating freedom from our island being occupied by invading forces from 1940 - 1945. A bank holiday for us all.

We had a family day at Mrs. M. house with some good friends coming along. The B. family with their children and grandchildren.

I am learning a lot these days. Richard generally does the BBQ - I took over this role today and please to say, everything went to plan.

Hope all the Guerns are having a good day, as well as other UK and overseas blippers.
