The Day Before Thanksgiving

The neighbor's deck was open to these steps for years and then they re-did the deck and closed off this access.  Since then, there's been some kind of display on the newly created stage beside the house.  
    In the summer it was a fantastic display of all types of different flowers, and the Halloween decorations rivaled what you'd see in a mall showcase.
     Yesterday I could hear them working outside and I knew I'd enjoy the new show.
