I remember, as a child, being given rose hip syrup. And also, at other times, cod liver oil & malt. I know which I preferred.

Nice surprise this evening - Rowan and Etta called round. They were on the way back from somewhere and Etta was not happy in the car (she'd been here there and everywhere) so Rowan called on the way past to give Etta a break from the car-seat. It was lovely to see them both and Etta was soon smiling and showing me how well she can walk,
