An early 10k jog down to Loughton, a splash through the water towards Aston Botterell followed by an uphill climb through the Boyne estate.
A lovely lunch at the Boyne arms with W, Z, and M to celebrate uncles birthday, 89 years on the planet.
Lemon sponge cake with not quite 89 candles to end the day.
