The lights are on!

The lights got turned on at midnight! We’re super happy with the new flagpole tree we got this year.

Today was a busy day. We drove up to Deep Run and stopped at the grave of Kent’s sister-in-law, Dianne, where we placed a small Christmas tree with lights.

From there we went to the graveyard where Kent’s parents are and placed the wire tree with solar lights on their grave.

Next stop the home place where we put the 7 ft flagpole tree up so Roger would have lights he could enjoy. We also took a string of solar lights and strung them in the kitchen window, in the shape of a Christmas tree, as Roger can see them from his bed.

Then we stopped at Jeff & Linda’s and helped Linda put the solar light Christmas tree on Jay’s (Kent’s nephew) grave.

Oh wait, one more stop. We had to stop at Kent’s brother-in-law’s grave and put a small Christmas tree with lights on it.

Turns out we now have several family members requesting us to help them get the wire Christmas tree with solar lights like we use on Kent’s parents’ grave. Haven’t been able to find those frames of late so looking to see what our options are for coming up with something for next year.
