Home Cooked Beef Stew

Day #5 staying home thanks to covid and although after the 5th day and the symptoms now being relatively mild, I desperately needed to get some fresh air and supplies for a good dinner so I masked up and brisked through the grocery store. I’ve seen my last......YouTube video of Greg Kinman on gun history and shooting, signature shows of squad 51 "Emergency!" and at this point I could probably build a staircase or frame a wall blindfold after watching videos of Larry Haun who is a carpentry legend, The stew was great, should provide for a good night’s sleep and tomorrow should be a little bit closer to getting back on my feet.
