A morning of teaching and then it was down to the train station via the river, after lunch and to a meeting of Fawcett fellows at the British Library (UCL was closed for strike action by lecturers and academics). We discussed some of our curriculum choices, and shared experiences. At the end of the meeting, I discovered that the trains were messed up due to a bomb scare on the edge of London. Finally got a seat on the first train out, which was rather packed, and then back from Ely - another late day.
