Adding a Little Jolly Around the House

Thanksgiving is over so it is time to deck the halls of my little farmhouse.  I don't do nearly as much as I use to but my bed/sitting room gets the full treatment.  My wee tree is up and mostly decorated and the lovely hand carved and painted St. Nick I got in Russia is in his place.  An old gentleman carved it and his granddaughter painted it beautifully.  I visited their workshop in St. Petersburg.  I wish I could have bought more of his pieces, they were so charming.  Louisa May's reaction to all this "jollification", "Bah Humbug!"  She wasn't impressed with her jingle bell collar!
