Well, the parachute has come down but the balloon has gone up.  Ludmilla has been removed from Tarves.  Her last message to me was 'The Duchess  is playing the glockenspiel with the Gardener.'  It explains everything.  It also naturally leads onto the reason why my Mum's brother has dropped (landing in heather) in to see her.  They haven't met for a few years.  She entertained us with tales of air raid shelters and gas masks.  She clarified that she didn't mean her Care Home.
