Ardinashaig

It's been a pretty dull rainy day for the most part but it did brighten a little in the afternoon. We decided to do an exploration trip along the Golden Road and round the south of the island. The scenery is just wonderful and around every corner there's another little lochan. In the strong wind and rain we were discouraged from getting out of the car and when we did our lenses were immediately spotted with rain. We did find a few places where we could take pictures but we don't have a huge haul from the day.

Before returning to the hotel we drove out to Scalpay an island linked by a bridge. My blip is an outlying part of the harbour. Just a plastic boat but the light was the best of the day and the rain had stopped. I do have a few more pictures I'll put in an album when I can.
