Dreich day in Stirling

First day of another virtual ultra and had a chance to do some parkrun tourism with friends so ran twice and a bit round the loch at Stirling Uni and then had black pudding and mushroom roll in the cafe. (They wouldn't take cash - I get very annoyed when they do this - but one of my friends paid and took my cash). It drizzled all the way but wasn't cold.
Had another short run in the afternoon, nice to get 10% completed on Day 1, and a soak in the bath.
This evening I've done my final version of tomorrow's service - unless I change it in the morning
