Totally Bonkers

I chose swimming ! The weather was very dull, windy, the waves were 2ft high with wet windy spray flying in my face. It was hard work swimming against the current towards the sailing club.
We laughed, we chattered, we put the world to rights. We got dried, dressed and warmed up with tea and a coconut macaroon.
We had a good session and drove home feeling invigorated.
