my hands ...

... are aching.
every joint in my fingers feels like there's little fires burning in them.
it isn't fun .

but in other news - my week in the orthopaedic/neurology clinics is going very well.
Having been on one big neuro referral myself ... i've realised what a lot I know! :-)

back to work!
