Saturday trails

I’m so glad Ėva decided to come with me on todays run, because I knew I wouldn’t do a long run if I was left to my own devices. I get too bored and easily tell myself to stop. We did a lovely half marathon all around the river trails and it’s always pleasantly surprising at how different it can feel, just a short distance away from town. As usual with Eva, the conversation was soul nourishing and I was glad of the company to get me round.

Into town this evening to meet friends and it was manic with Christmas shoppers and drunk middle aged people. Frantic and hilarious.
