Bramham Beck

I wandered across to the woods this morning, very soggy underfoot but at least it wasn’t raining…it was quite pleasant out actually.

I like this view of the beck, looking upstream towards the village. Still some green about and plenty of autumn colour. The little water cascades are the result of attempts to ‘dam’ the stream…a regular school holiday activity :-)

I also found some fungi - two in extras, including one with a bonus bug!

We are off to Doncaster later to collect the ‘granddogs’ who are coming to stay for a few days while their humans are off for a festive break in Disneyland Paris! There may be a few canine flavoured blips coming…
