Dispersed vapour trail?

The line of cloud went from horizon to horizon (it’s a panorama taken over the top). There are regular flights in this direction ( I know cos I’ve seen Mourão from up there!) The extra shows Mourão and the castle. Could LV or Keibr give your opinion as to whether this is natural cloud or aircraft stuff please.
