Royal Albert Hall

Went up to London today with Paul to meet Adam and Tomoko for a visit to Harrods. But my goodness, it was busy - not surprising I guess with the Christmas season on us, but it was a crush at times and I was glad to get outside again.

We then walked past the V&A and the Natural History and Science museums towards the Royal Albert Hall, and round to where Paul studied for a year - the Royal College of Art. And then onto Hyde Park where we stopped for lunch at the Serpentine Gallery, a very nice lunch.

After that, it was time for me to go home - Paul was staying overnight with A&T. After 2 horribly busy tube trains, I got my train home from Waterloo.

And if that wasn’t enough for one day, some neighbours were having a get together with cocktails and nibbles, so I popped over to theirs for a few hours. A nice end to the day.
