Waterflow at the Long Pond

It turned out to be quite a nice day even though it was cloudy. The wind was gone and it was in the mid 40s. I walked down to the Long Pond to see what was what. There was a light skiff of ice but of course at the dam area the water was flowing strongly. This was a busy photo but I liked the still yellow leaves in front of the water pouring down and hitting the big rock.
I had a nice walk and came across someone selling handmade wreaths. They were just out displayed on a sawhorse. It was the honor system. I'm tempted to get an undecorated one and put some things on it. Or I can just gather some of my own branches and make a swag... We'll see what sort of inspiration I have.
