Red, White and Blue

As I type this, the skies are dark, the heavens have opened and there's thunder rumbling. But this photo was taken a few hours ago. This is a Royal Poinciana, such dramatic colour and smothered in blooms.

I cleared out a few more drawers today, having to be ruthless, because when I let this rental house go I can take very little with me.
