We planned a shopping trip today, to the big John Lewis at Cheadle Royal that we haven’t been to since pre-pandemic times. Monday morning seemed a good idea but we had our masks on to be on the safe side. I have ordered most things on - line since early 2020 but I needed a winter raincoat that needed to be seen, felt and tried on so a real shopping trip was necessary. Success! We came away with some other bits and bobs too.
