on route to the dentist

I had to have a dental filling today.  I've not had one for years so had forgotten the horrid numbing injections.  
I'm fortunate that I have very healthy teeth and gums and I have only 3 or 4 fillings in total.    
They are wonky and not bright white but I'm not bothered as long as they remain healthy.
