Crock of gold?

However I did find a crock of s**t in trying to pay my massive Barclaycard bill (£0.79!) which cannot be done on line - same problem last month. Much swearing at the automated voice trying to get to a human. Eventually I got through to Rachel who was helpful until she had tech problems…….! However she said that if the payment hadn’t gone through she’d pay it tomorrow when she was back in branch.

Hope it all works - I have now moved the £0.79 payment to a different card so this problem should not occur again.
