A quick walk round to Tesco to pick up some bits and pieces for my parents before I headed home.

After J’s fuss over the weekend meant that I had reached my limits as a carer, I rang the gp this morning. Offered an appointment this evening, with my first choice of dr. A good half hour discussion, and I think we have a way forward. Though he also suggested that I needed some time off work
