There is a young man in Russia who was demobilized. This isn't a euphemism. Apparently Putin allowed dozens of students to demobilize and return to their studies. He said that when he was first mobilized he was given a rifle that was designed ... in the age of the Tsars. The Mosin sniper rifle was designed in Tsarist Russia in the late 19th century and updated in the 1930s. He also had to share a sleeping bag. Remember, Russia just passed a law banning LGBT "propaganda" under penalty of 400,000 roubles. That is over $6,500. So Russia, this seriously homophobic country, is forcing young men to sleep together. 


Tomorrow US Secretary of State Blinken will announce new assistance to help restore Ukraine’s power transmission. Washington has been working with utilities and hardware providers to locate equipment that can help restore high-voltage transmission stations.


Just btw, Secretary Blinken told Russia to respect human rights so Russia has nicknamed their new law, "response to Blinken." 


The Pentagon is considering sending Ukraine missiles that can travel 94 miles, which would allow Ukraine to disrupt even more supply lines.
