Transporter Bridge

The transporter bridge on a lovely autumn morning, dry but bitterly cold 
At the moment it’s closed for the construction of a new visitors centre 
The council said the new visitor centre will act as a resource for the community, catering for a variety of functions with community rooms, event spaces and a new cafe overlooking the bridge. It will come with an exhibition space highlighting the history of the bridge.
In the extra photo is a photo of the old small visitors centre if you had 3 or 4 in there it would be full, in the other is an artist impression of the new centre a vastly much larger one than the old one
