Colin arrived today just after we had spent the morning going up and down ladders, hung lights, Mexican banners, decorative fans and pom poms.

Upstairs the secret mask making and balloon blowing continued at a pace.

To give up your own Birthday to help celebrate your brother in laws is quite special. I do hope, with a celebratory tea and cake, that we made him feel a little special.
