Pleasant Hill PD, are you missing a car?

I've been seeing this car around the neighborhood for a couple of weeks and just knew I had to blip it one day. I'm not sure why this cracks me up - I am easily amused. I wonder if they have plans to repaint it one day or just drive around with Pleasant Hill Police X'd out for the duration.

I'm sure there are lots of Pleasant Hills around the States - if this is the Oregon town, its claim to fame is as the home of author and Merry Prankster Ken Kesey.
