Linton V Saffron Walden (under 10)

Winners!!!

We know summer is here when we spend hours sitting in the evening sunshine watching Alf play cricket. Obviously this evening was lacking somewhat in sunshine.

Saffron Walden were a team to fear, and yet our boys beat them, which was very a great result and a fine start to the season, well done chaps (and Dean the coach).

What was more impressive was the team spiritedness of the boys, they were brilliantly supportive of each other, it was lovely to see.

It seems we have another match tomorrow evening, please, could someone get the sunshine back?
