Spaghetti and kale supper

One of my favourite recipes, from an Anna Jones book - spaghetti with tomatoes, lemon and kale. Very easy to cook (once I’ve removed all the tough stalls from the kale) and very tasty indeed. This is the start of the prep, and the finished dish is in the extra.

Spent the afternoon away from the library to discuss how to fill the vacancy left by my colleague in July. We don’t want to just replace like for like as that isn’t what’s needed any more, but it’s tricky to work out exactly what role at what grade is right. We made a good start anyway. Someone is needed though - my manager and I are rushed off our feet at the moment.
