Productive but grumpy day.
Also, one of my team resigned (well, retired) today, effective February. Good timing, I think, both for her and for my budget, but we’re going to lose a lot of knowledge (and I’m going to lose the comfort of knowing that the person communicating with families always knows the right thing to say) when she goes.
