November ...

A largely grey day, with fog rolling in after a few glimmers of sunshine early on. Val and I got back into our weekly walk routine this week, with a stroll down to the Botanical Gardens and back.
After that, I failed to do any of the small garden jobs that are on my list (inc bulbs that still need planting), as it looked so grey and damp outside.  I edited photos, sifted through the Christmas list, caught up with some Greek practice.
And I popped out to the local wholefood shop, which is already looking festive.  Beanies has been a successful workers' cooperative since 1986. A little beacon in the gloom.
