Nice day to myself but had dinner with my wife at one of her favourite ramen restaurants. You have to eat in a both to yourself and not speak to the staff. Orders are placed at the front and orders are collected and delivered to your shuttered area.

The idea is to concentrate on the flavour and not feel pressured from other customers. It’s interesting but most importantly, the ramen is delicious!
