Kasper Koman - Brief

Spent the day alone. Day off. Wanted to do a lot but ended just staying in because of the rain. Thankfully I did some exercise and prep for a gig. Had Napoli pizza which made me happy. But I’m in a mental loop of distractions and procrastination. Must be the stress and knowing that I’ve been derailed from my focus. Gotta get back to where I need to be.
