Instow

Walked up on to the dunes this afternoon. It was low tide, and I could see where the Rivers Taw and Torridge meet and run out into Bideford Bay. The sun was getting ready to disappear behind some cloud. The yacht that was beached on sunday was still there, and one could see the anchor wire well secured a lot further out on the beach, also the little inflatable had one side deflated.

This outing followed my visit to the Health Centre to get my pneumonia jab. Think that is all the jabs for this year!!! What with covid, flu, and shingles.
