King caulis

We get the trusses onto the veg store and tarp it down for the night. You never know when it will rain.

Then I harvest the two massive caulis in the garden. They’re beginning to bolt, so it’s time to blanche and freeze them. That’s cauliflower cheese for the winter sorted!
