Disturbing the Peace

A sunset dog walk, we went a lot further than yesterday.   Still seeking a place where we won't meet anyone.   Apart from the brief disturbance in the extra pic it was a beautiful, peaceful stroll from Rhydyronen to Cynfal and back.   A lot more exercise for Meg too, chasing the ball .... and the train if you look closely at the extra pic :-)

Happy to report that the improvement in our health continues.   Having spent the morning in bed I've had relatively normal energy level today and the aches are much less.   Jamie's also feeling better although still tired and testing positive.   I'm still on light duties, mostly sitting down jobs, which today included completing the paperwork to access my old work pension.  That will be a nice Christmas present at least.
