Gingerbread

The three final Xmas markets are approaching and I am trying to make a few festive items!
I have some Xmas cakes maturing and decorated, and some maple syrup shortbread.
I am thinking about making some stollen bites tomorrow….. perhaps I will go and put the sultanas to soak before I go to bed!
