Wednesday: Black Dinner

I had an early start up in Belize City for a TV interview.  Afterwards we stopped off and Humberto bought us ‘journey cakes’, confusingly pronounced ‘johnny cakes’, and a ‘natural’ (also known as juice).  

The trips up to Belize City do take a fair chunk out of the day.  I’m back up there tomorrow, and a couple of times next week.
