Maisie in the river……

Maisie loves getting into the river near the end of our walk. This stretch of water is slow moving over shingle and incredibly clean and clear.
We had a sunny morning until the sky clouded over. It was a pleasant day for gardening. I managed several hours. Then rain set in late afternoon. Very heavy at times. This evening friend Dawn and I went to a special. Remembrance Service at Sowman’s Chapel. There we lit candles to remember our loved ones who have passed away during the year. It was a special time for us.
