Vegan cooking

Something a little different today but a true passion of mine. I have started ordering the weekly shop from PEEL who specialise in 100% plant based products. A clever way to reduce unnecessary food waste as the ingredients are pre-portioned depending on the number of people you select. A nice way to reduce your plastic waste also as oftentimes this is unavoidable at supermarkets etc. A tree is also planted with every box, so a nice way to give something back to the environment (and take some carbon out!) Looking forward to cooking one of these meals tonight!
