The Feast Day of Saint Eloi.
I am grateful for the good boiler here at home, in Rishton, working efficiently, because without it on this very bitterly cold 1st December, I would be looking for a warm hub!
Nothing alarming nor very exciting happening here, but, the Gospel of Saint Luke is what I am reading a chapter a day, as it has 24 chapters, therefore perfect Gospel study for Advent.
The Starlings are a joyful family of feathered friends and visit the bird feeder where they eat avidly the fat balls and bring a good deal of joy.
