Threipmuir

A bit of a gloomy day on the southern edges of Edinburgh. A relaxing sort of morning while Susan and Barbara made biscuits with little Evie.

This afternoon as the weather brightened we did the Reservoirs walk from Balerno past Threipmuir and Harlaw back to Balerno. Today’s blip is of that little ‘brightness over Threipmuir ’rather than ‘Sunshine over Leith’

Enjoying nibbles before dinner, with a bottle of Skye Golden ale, made from porridge oats. Tastes good. I’m monitoring the impact on glucose levels.
