Flame Trees

The fog on our side of the hill is becoming a little oppressive, but at least we can go up the hill to find the clear visibility and blue sky.  And this afternoon the lowering sun lit the remnants of the fog most beautifully.  Mrs B prompted me to look for some of the lighting effects, and I'm glad that I did.

Our i3 went into the accident repair system today and the other party's insurer organised the delivery of a hire car, an electric Vauxhall Mokka.  It's a decent machine, with better range and more space than our choice of EV, but it lacks character, visibility and vim (and the stupid "infotainment" system was designed by someone lacking commonsense :-)).  We made the right choice
