Pat Austin

We had heaps of rain overnight, water lying in  the garden and parts of our lawn,and the temperatures have plunged (downwards)......I've just zipped out to find out the name of this rose and its drizzling.  In sharp contrast to the weather in my blip yesterday. 
 We really don't need any more rain.....we need warmth.

The rose is an Austin - name Pat Austin, and a little bit of English lavender coming in from the side.

So, because of the miserable day, its been spent indoors, well mainly.  Late this afternoon we went to see the husband of a friend that recently passed away, and took a variety of foods for him to put in the freezer for whenever he might need.  He was pleased to see us, we sat and chatted for some time.
