The Spirits of Christmases Past

I haven't put up a big tree in several years, so these glass ornaments have not seen the light of day.  This year they are decorating my mantle.  They were acquired over many Christmases beginning 25 years ago.  Each has a story to tell.  Some represent trips I've taken, some were given to me and some, like the Alice in Wonderland, are just for fun.  I always hid a glass pickle on my tree.  The person who could find it, got an extra gift.  The origins of the Christmas pickle are unknown but here is a link to the story.  Do you have a favorite and/or unusual ornament?
